Returns, Exchanges,Refunds: 

Returns: Seeing that we are a small business and we are already limited with the inventory and funds we don't accept returns of any product unless circumstances are beyond measure. Such as we sent you the incorrect product, or your product became damaged in transit (only applies to our sunglass purchases)

Exchanges: An exchange of a product also cannot be made unless their was an incorrect sizing issues either on our part or yours. There will need to be documented proof of mistakes and then exchanges can be discussed. You will have to pay the return lable fees at your local post office and send items back to the Bad Bih Agency return address located on your package. ( The product must not have odor, stains, rips, tears, holes or any defects to be accepted back. Original tags must also be still attached.) 

Refunds: Refunds will only be given if all products in question are returned to Bad Bih Agency and are inspected and are in the same quality that they were shipped in. Refunds will exclude shipping costs. Refunds must be discussed with Bad Bih Agency before any action should be taken.
